π Think about your customer, no self-indulgent lobby shots
π¬ Cut to the chase, every shot must earn its place
πββοΈ Put your ideal customer in the picture
π Write a script & identify must-have shots
π€© People loooove drone shots
β . Think about cropping for 1:1 ratio
What did I miss...
Oh, probably best you don't use that local fella who has no idea about commercial work and will make you a hideously long and boring video for $500... but same goes for getting someone really expensive who is not given a tight brief and creates something self indulgently long and beautiful but no-one will ever stick around to watch it.
Sorry, I see both of those examples far too often.
